1. Returns
• You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
• Sale or clearance items.
• Customized or personalized items.
• Gift cards.
3. How to Initiate a Return

2. Once approved, send the item to: PO Box 212, Bullhead City, AZ 86430
3. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different color or style, please follow the return process and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
